My Very First Wellness Challenge is Coming Soon!
Hi beautiful souls! As we approach fall, and as I continue to elevate my business and its reach in the community, I am super excited to announce that I will be running a free 5-day Self-Love Challenge!

This challenge is near and dear to my heart, because a ton of the focus in my healing and health journey has been centered around building and maintaining a relationship with myself. I am a firm believer that we can only meet others as far as we have met ourselves, and that we owe it to ourselves to show up as our own best friend.
My recent work hasn’t been on finding a new job, or manifesting lots of money, or even being worried about my perfect partnership. It has instead been on working on myself, especially on my thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about myself, the Universe, and the innate worth we all have to live a life that FEELS good. As hard as it has been to let go and follow the path of least resistance (meaning its not all about productivity), I have learned so much about how vibrating at a frequency of love and being detached from the outcome actually propels us towards our dreams.
Also, as we approach fall, it is important that we come home to ourselves during this season as it is all about releasing and being open to the “death” and “rebirth” of winter and spring. Like the dying leaves (as beautiful as they are), we follow yearly cycles too. Fall is a cozy, colorful, and connecting time of holidays, pumpkin patches, baking, and being in nature. I am SO excited about fall weather, especially now that I’m back in the Midwest (Southern Cali didn’t really have seasons, so we back babes!!)
With that said, this challenge will be focused on the following:
Day 1: Embrace Your Uniqueness – Start your journey by celebrating what makes you unique.
Day 2: Nurture Your Body – Show love to your body with mindful movement and nourishment.
Day 3: Positive Self-Talk – Transform your inner dialogue with empowering affirmations.
Day 4: Set Loving Boundaries – Learn to protect your energy by setting healthy boundaries.
Day 5: Practice Self-Compassion – Wrap up the challenge by cultivating deep self-compassion.
